CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers indicate that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) is not going to roll over and accept the new woman of the Abbott mansion, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). When Ashley returns from Paris, she finds her brother Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) deeply in love and inviting Diane back into the family home. This is something that Ashley will not accept.

CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Ashley Returns

When Ashley gets back to town, she meets Diane at the house. She believes that Diane is there to see her son Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) or her grandson Harrison Abbott (Kellen Enriquez). Diane lets her know that is not why she is at the house. She tells Ashley that she is back together with Jack.

When Jack greets his sister and tries to explain more, she refuses to hear it. She believes Diane is not good for Jack and she is concerned about the safety of her brother. When he says he can take care of himself, she ardently disagrees. He needs protecting from Diane. She doesn’t believe that Diane has changed for the better, and she believes that Diane will break her brother’s heart.

Jack is furious because he feels that he needs to defend Diane, and he asks Ashley how much it will take for her to sell her part of the estate and move out. She will never consider such a thing. After she leaves, Jack assures Diane that everyone will come around. Forever the optimist, Jack believes that everyone will come to the point of getting along with one another.

CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Ashley Takes Action

While Jack thinks his sister will calm down and come around to accepting Diane as Kyle did, he may have another thing coming. Ashley is not a push-over and she won’t be swayed on her certainty that Diane is bad for her brother. She will do what it takes to get Diane out.

It may take some unlikely partnerships and some unsavvy scheming, but Ashley won’t just agree to accept the “new” Diane. She will make sure that she does all she can to kick her to the curb on Jack’s behalf.

What actions do you think Ashley will take against Diane? How will she destroy her brother’s love for Diane? How can she help protect her brother for the trouble that is coming? Share your comments below.
