CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is back on his tirade against his father, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Adam and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) took a trip to Kansas and for a while, it seemed like Adam really had a chance of heart. Although, we’ve seen this yo-yo of emotion from Adam before. It goes back and forth so quickly it can be hard to keep track of.

While in Kansas, Adam runs into his childhood friend, Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico). He invites her over to meet Chelsea and instead of a fun chat we get a lot of backstory about her loan shark father. He died in a “freak” accident, by falling off a barn loft. However, Adam and Chelsea have different ideas.

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Adam Trying To Expose Victor For Murder? – Oh, The Irony!

Adam thinks back and realizes Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) was in town around the time Alyssa’s dad died. Chelsea wonders if Victor could have had something to do with his death. Adam sees this as an opportunity to go after Victor, tarnish his reputation and possibly get a way back into Newman Enterprises. What’s ironic, is Adam literally just paid a million dollars to help cover up his own murder situation. Is he crazy? Well, I think we know the answer to that.

It’s hilarious to me that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), while it may have been self-defense, killed a man in Las Vegas, has been paying the widow money to keep her quiet and thinks he’s the king of the world. Whereas, with Victor, he has no evidence, no motive, nothing. Plus, it was at least 20-30 years ago. How is Adam going to try to connect these dots and spin it to try to blackmail Victor? It will be fun to watch at least. What do you think? Will Adam find any evidence that supports Victor killing a man in Kansas? Let us know in the comments below.
