CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers have been expecting some more issues to crop up, and it looks like they’re starting to take root and sprout.
It’s always a fun time when a shows storylines kick into the next gear, and this looks like we’re in for a run ride in the coming weeks.
While it’s been a issue throughout this storyline, it appears that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and his current problem are going to cause issues between Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).
The Newman drama is going to continue as Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is going to do something that’s going to shock Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
This one is another we’ve been expecting, but will it have to do with further move with Newman Enterprises, or an outright attack on their father?
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For September 10: Black sheep
Adam has long been considered the black sheep or rotten apple of the Newman family by everyone, including Victor at various points.
While he’s earned the moniker, that fact that he’s the most like Victor is what has the family at odds with each other, in ‘Young and the Restless’ opinion.
It’s part of the reason they haven’t been able to accept him like Victor has, and he fact that Victor is stressing over his well being will finally push Nikki near the edge.
She’s been working with Victoria and will continue to push Victor to make amends with her, despite him already making the overture.
She’ll want him to heal the wounds created by Victoria’s perception of why he replaced her with Adam, but that’s something he can’t do. Especially with his concern about Adam.
And that love for his most troubled child could push Nikki far enough to consider leaving him.
Will things get that far?
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For September 10: Victoria’s move
This is one of those that ‘Young and the Restless’ have been waiting for, and there are a couple of interesting options to go with here.
The obvious one is she’ll go after the old guard in Newman Enterprises that are pushing for her to undo the changes she made.

The fact that they could sell off their shares and plummet the company stock is probably a major concern with her, so maybe she’ll do something to strike back?
This plays into the other option where Victoria will green light the story she shared with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
It would be a preemptive strike that would not only severely weaken her father, but also shake the old guard’s security as they’ll wonder about the blowback on the company or themselves.
This would definitely get Nick’s attention and may create a confrontation between the two that could put Victoria deeper onto her island.
