CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers After a few tense weeks between Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway), Abby seems to have had a successful mission in impersonating the redhead. After Phyllis videotaped Chance Chancellor (John Driscoll) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) admitting to murder, she blackmailed Abby to get her hotel shares. Phyllis admitted to still having a copy of the video, even though Chance and Abby broke into her room in an attempt to destroy evidence. However, Abby is out for blood and willing to go to any extent to save her boyfriend from Phyllis’ demands.
Chance and Abby are in Chance’s suite at the Grand Phoenix when Abby is pretending to impersonate Phyllis. However, they are interrupted with an angry Phyllis at the door, demanding to enter the room. Abby hides to ensure that Phyllis doesn’t learn their plan and Phyllis storms into the room.

Phyllis firmly explains that Chance had crossed a line by breaking into her hotel room with Abby. She reiterates that she still has a recording and that their break-in was for nothing. An angry Phyllis expands by saying that Abby is a threat to Chance. She will bring Chance down in he isn’t careful.

However, Chance stands up for Abby – which is probably a good decision considering she is only feet away from him. Phyllis leaves before Abby emerges and is now committed to breaking into Phyllis’ safety deposit box and retrieving the last tape. In another scene, Abby and Chance return to Grand Phoenix after successfully breaking into Phyllis’ safety deposit box.
The two seem happy and elated that their plan worked. Do you think that they have finally taken Phyllis down? Or, do you think that Phyllis still has something up her sleeve?
