So, this week is going to focus on previous Daytime Emmy winners to get us all juiced and ready to go for the big show on Friday, June 26, at 8 p.m. on CBS. Grab some snacks and drinks, and here we go!
CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Monday 22
Coming to us from September 1, 2010, this episode features Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) learning his father is the multimillionaire publishing czar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), and Liam doesn’t like that plot twist. Of course, Bill doesn’t like Liam not liking it and things are off to a rocking and rolling start. To help ensure Liam isn’t christened too hard, Hope Logan (Kim Matula) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) attempt to interject as referees. I hope they brought their striped or colored shirts for this one.
On the flip side, Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery) and Ridge Forrester (Ronn Moss) are ready to party since Thorne Forrester (Winsor Harmon) isn’t Liam’s father. Ouch, ouch, and ouch. Talk about feeling the love. At least, Scott Clifton won the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Younger Actor for the abuse his character took.

CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Tuesday, June 23
Paying a visit from June 22, 2017, we get to the episode where Rome Flynn’s performance won him the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Younger Actor. The plot is pretty awesome, too, and plays well in today’s climate where respecting one another is at an all-time low. In this one, Zende Dominguez (Rome Flynn) stands up to his father-in-law, Julius Avant (Obba Babatundé), over Avant’s bigotry toward his transgender daughter, Maya Avant (Karla Mosley).
Maya has been planning to adopt her sister’s, Nicole Avant (Reign Edwards), baby since Nicole agreed to be their surrogate so the baby would be a Forrester and Avant. Zende learned Nicole was hesitant to sign the adoption papers because of Julius, and Zenda convinced her to sign them and do the right thing since she had no problem with it previously. Talk about a heavy episode and one that’s needed now.
CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Wednesday, June 24
This gem from May 13, 2002, was the vehicle that helped Susan Flannery win her third Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress. A true powerhouse, Susan was always a pleasure to watch and CBS “The Bold and the Beautiful” Spoilers are grateful so many that may not have seen her work previously are doing so now.
Stephanie goes back to an old habit or hobby, depending on one’s point of view, and lashes out at Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) about how she intends to present herself at a press conference at Forrester Creations. The problem? She’s pregnant, but it’s not just any pregnancy, oh no. When the Siren goes in, she goes all the way in. She’s pregnant with her daughter Bridget Forrester (Jennifer Finnegan)’s husband’s, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan), baby. When the Siren strikes, she strikes. Not sure there’s anything more CBS “The Bold and the Beautiful” Spoilers can add to that.
CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Thursday, June 25
Heather Tom won her first Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress with this little treasure from August 5, 2011. This is another powerful episode that shows how resilient Katie Logan (Heather Tom) is when she goes hunting for Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). But we’re getting ahead of ourselves.
Bill and Steffy have been kinda sorta flirting, and Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) decides to tell Katie is a good idea. In fact, Taylor explains it as an emotional affair between the two, but it’s enough to cause Katie to have a heart attack. Brooke stands up for her sister and told Taylor and Ridge that they had to force Steffy to stop going after Bill. Kinda fun seeing the Siren sticking up for someone besides her next meal ticket, isn’t it? While this is going on, Katie sneaks out of the ICU to go after Steffy. This is one we don’t want to miss. Way too hard-hitting emotionally to pass it up.
CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Friday, June 26
To close out the week, we’re taken back to January 2, 2018, to the episode that saw Jacqueline MacInnes Wood win her first Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress. As if Steffy couldn’t get into more trouble, she spends the episode begging Liam not to leave her after he discovered she had a one night stand with his father, Bill Spencer. All of this comes out following her having a paternity test done on their baby, which would’ve been a whole other can of worms.
This is a pretty cool way to close out the week, though we all have different opinions on how these are ordered. There’s little doubt they wanted the most recent one with their lead actress to lead the way into Friday’s event, so who are we to argue? As long as we get to see these treasures, there’s little room to complain. Which episode are you looking forward to seeing?
