CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’s Katherine Kelly Lang has been connected with showbiz for her whole life. Her mother was an actress, and her grandfather was an Academy Award winning cinematographer. While she had this connection with Hollywood, she didn’t really initially aspire to be an actress. She loved riding horses and was considering becoming a jockey or an Olympic equestrian. In the early 1980s she ended up with some minor television roles until 1986 brought her the part of Brooke Logan in The Bold and the Beautiful. That moment changed her life trajectory.
