CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers wonders how has Forrester Creations stayed in business so long with Ridge Forrester (Ronn Moss) helping to make the decisions? Okay, that may not have been the best way to start, but it’s true nonetheless. Especially in this episode coming to us from December 24, 1998. In hopes of forming a collaboration, the Forresters invited Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) to their office to discuss their plans. Sounds legit, but things get interesting thanks to Ridge.

Convincing Jack to listen to their proposal was a huge success, so the trick for the Forresters to succeed was to have an airtight presentation. It was a good one, but a wee bit rushed. Ridge made a promise to his wife of the week, Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo), to be at a party Dr. Pierce Peterson (Paul Satterfield, Jr.) threw in her honor. It meant a great deal to her, so he wanted to make sure he got there on time, and that meant he had to rush things along.

The Siren, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), took offense at Ridge’s loyalty to the company and the deal being a little split, and may have attempted to slow things down, which he wouldn’t take well. Still, Eric Forrester (John McCook) and Thorne Forrester (Winsor Harmon) were there as well, so one of them could take over for Ridge if needed. What’s curious about this, at least to CBS “The Bold and the Beautiful” Spoilers, is Ridge has a habit of aggravating any powerful man that isn’t his father (and he’s pushed Eric a few times).
It’s seriously a talent to have Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and probably now Jack Abbott not give a fig whether he lives or dies. The man is good, there’s no denying that. We have to admit, we are curious how the company would do without Eric there to reign him in when his blood starts to boil. Sure, he seems to have slowed down and relaxed as he’s gotten older and, hopefully, wiser, but there’s still that rebellious streak in there that’s always itching to come out.
