British Royal Family News says there’s one royal expert who believes Prince Harry will not only have a hard time adapting to his new California lifestyle, but that he’s also not going to like it, either. As a matter of fact, the young royal has even said in the past that the last thing he ever wants to be known as is a celebrity, yet he and his wife Meghan Markle decided to move in the biggest celebrity hotspot in the world: Los Angeles. Did Prince Harry think this move through before agreeing to relocate to his wife’s hometown? Maybe, or maybe not. Here’s what you need to know.
Royal biographer Angela Levin says that there’s no way that Prince Harry will adapt to life in Los Angeles, seeing how he’s always lived a life as a pampered royal and not that as of a celebrity. What’s more, she also pointed out that it’s rather odd that Harry and Meghan decided to move to Los Angeles, which is known for being a paparazzi hotbed, despite the fact that they have long said they want more privacy in their lives.

According to Newsweek, Levin puts it this way, “They’ve swapped royalty for celebrity. Harry, when I interviewed him, said one of the things he absolutely didn’t want to do was be thought of as a celebrity. This was after he met Meghan but before they married. He explained the difference, that celebrities can pick and choose when they want the press to be there but if you’re a royal you’re on duty 24/7. Harry felt an enormous strength to be dutiful and help the Queen and his brother at that time. He’s now doing what he most did not want to do.”
Levin also pointed out that even though Harry and Meghan have only been in Los Angeles for a few short weeks now, the paparazzi is already on their tail. As a matter of fact, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were photographed hiking near their new home last week. The images were published in Britain and show the couple with masks over their faces as they were walking their dogs. So far Harry and Meghan have not made any comments about their new life in California or what they plan on doing next for that matter.
