Before she was known for her role on the cable television legal drama Suits, Meghan Markle actually had a few minor roles in television and films. And while she did enjoy steady success with Suits, it wasn’t until her relationship with Prince George become public did Meghan Markle become a household name. However, the Duchess of Sussex was forced to put her Hollywood career on the backburner the moment that she became engaged to the price, as Queen Elizabeth made it rather clear that she couldn’t be a Hollywood actress and a full-time royal at the same time.

There are now several reports that suggest Meghan is looking to dip her toes back into the Hollywood pool in hopes that she can kickstart her acting career again. But because of the Covid-19 pandemic, both she and Prince Harry have been forced to sit at home with no projects or potential work opportunities in sight.
With that said, a lot of daytime television fans can’t help but wonder that if Meghan’s Hollywood career doesn’t man out she can always try going back to her soap roots. One of Meghan’s very first acting gigs was on General Hospital. Plus, her father also worked as a lighting director for the ABC soap. Could Meghan possibly make her way back to Port Charles?
