At Forrester Creation office – (Ale)Xander Avant (Adain Bradley) and Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) are together. It’s Valentine’s day and Zoe can’t think of something other than her father and the adoption. She saw those papers and everything looks so official, but she has her doubts. Everything points to Florence Fulton (Katrina Bowden) being Phoebe’s biological mother, but she still has lots of questions.

Xander tells her it would be good to put her father and Florence face to face. Zoe tells Xander that her father has a big heart and women take advantage of him sometimes. Xander can’t believe that it was just a coincidence that Steffy adopt a baby with the help of her father. It would be a hell of coincidence. Zoe doesn’t dislike Florence, but there’s something about her. She couldn’t tell her what the name of the doctor who delivered the baby or what date the baby was born and she doesn’t look like a woman that just had a baby.
It sounds crazy, but she thinks Florence is not the mother of the baby. Something doesn’t feel right. It’s also about her father. He was acting very weird before leaving and he’s having this woman living in his apartment. She’s determined to find the truth. She’s ready to go back to her father’s flat. She still has the key and maybe she’ll be able to get to the bottom of this once and for all. Xander wishes her good luck.
At Dr. Reese Buckingham flat – Florence sent to Dr. Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) a new message asking him to call back because her daughter is asking too many questions. Dr. Reese received the message. Florence is talking to Dr. Buckingham on the phone and Zoe’s listening to the door.

She tells him what happened with his daughter, Zoe. Zoe knows almost everything about the adoption. She saw Steffy’s name on the papers. Florence asks him to call Zoe and convince her that she’s the mother of the baby. Florence saw the door opened and she went to see if someone’s there. Zoe was there and she told to Florence she wants the whole truth, now.
Zoe asks Florence what are they hiding from her. She expects Florence to be straight with her. If she doesn’t say the truth she will go to Steffy or to the police.
Florence starts crying. She tells Zoe that she heard what her father did when it was too late. Zoe asks what her father did, Florence says that it’s better for her to call her father. Zoe wants to know how her father got his hands on an infant, if it was not her baby. Florence spills the beans and tells her that her father switched the babies. Zoe can’t believe her ears.

At Forrester Creation main office – Pamela Douglas (Alley Mills), Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) are together. Pamela gives two tickets to Hope to a dinner at the Medieval Store, maybe she wants to go out with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). The tickets are good for several months. Hope thanks Pamela and starts hugging her. Pamela tells her that she suffered an unspeakable loss but she’s getting through it. That’s amazing. She’s taking her life back and that’s great. Pamela exits and Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) comes in.

He’s happy because ”Hope for the future” is back so they should get down to business. Sally brought some sketches for Hope. She’s thankful to them for making her focus on work, but she’s still wondering why she lost that baby girl.
Hope appreciates the sketches Sally brought. She’s still blaming herself for what happened to Catalina Clinic. Wyatt tells her to stop doing that, she did what was possible, but she still believes that if she would have been awake for Beth she would be here with her today.
At Katie’s house – Katie Logan (Heather Tom) and Thorne Forrester (Ingo Rademacher) are together. Katie’s working on some plans for Valentine’s and if he’s not too pressed to the office maybe he’ll agree. Thorne tells her how much she means to him. Katie doesn’t understand what he wants to say.
Thorne is thankful to her for welcoming him into her family. He always will be grateful for that. Katie is also grateful for the way he accepted her situation. Thorne says that he’s the lucky one to have what he has. All this make it harder to say what he has to say.

He wants to say something about him, herself and Will Spencer (Zane Achor). He thinks his marriage should stop. It’s for the best of all 3 of them. Katie’s stunned, she can’t find the words. She thought he loved her.
Thorne says it’s nobody’s fault. It was building inside him for a while. They got married pretty fast and there were circumstances. Will was going through a difficult time and the custody hearing was around the corner. They deeply care about each other, but there’s no denying that they got married for Will’s sake too. A lot has changed since than.
Bill’s a part of his son life. Katie shares custody with Bill again, and Will’s happy Thorne tells her. He’s thrilled about that because Will’s well-being is one of the reasons that brought them together. He just feel he’s in the way in the way. Katie’s crying.
Since Bill emerged in Will’s life he thinks it’s not right for him to stay in the way. He also has his own issues. He misses his daughter more than she knows. He loves her too much to let this continue. He can’t lie to her and he feels he’s. He thinks they should cancel this marriage. He takes out the papers for separation.
