‘Beyond the Gates’ (BTG) spoilers suggest that Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) may need to refrain from saying a great big “I told you so” to Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett) very soon.
We had our suspicions that Hayley Lawson Hamilton (Marquita Goings) may not really be pregnant. From the moment she heard Hayley supposedly had a bun in the oven, Dani believed she was faking.
‘Beyond The Gates’ Spoilers: We Weren’t Exactly Surprised Hayley Declined To Have An Ultrasound
Dani has never fallen out of love with Bill, but somehow, she knew his “child bride” was playing baby games.
While Hayley’s home pregnancy test was clearly positive, we all know those tests sometimes give off a false positive.
Everyone acted like Dani was crazy, but no one knew better what type of person Hayley was than Dani. After all, she was her daughter, Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne’s (Arielle Prepetit) best friend, and Dani treated Hayley like another daughter.
Hayley was an orphan whose adoptive parents died when she was young. The Hamilton family took her in and accepted her as their own.
However, that didn’t stop Hayley from having an affair with Dani’s husband. That said, we know Billy recently had a stroke, and Hayley may have gone to her doctor after the fact and discovered she wasn’t carrying her husband’s child after all.
To her credit, she may have opted not to be the bearer of bad news to Bill while he was still recovering, and perhaps it simply became far too easy for her to keep up the charade.
Hayley may be an insecure mess deep down. Dani was Bill’s wife for decades, and she’s the mother of his children. Hayley’s marriage doesn’t even hold a candle to the rich history between Dani and Bill.
That’s why we weren’t at all surprised when we saw on the June 25th episode of BTG that Hayley had declined to have an ultrasound at the hospital. Yesterday, Dani was with Hayley when Bill’s supposed baby mama allegedly started to have severe cramps.
‘Beyond The Gates’ Spoilers: Dani Has Been Right About Hayley Since Day One
Dani rushed Hayley to the hospital, where Dani shared her fake baby theory with Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob), which she promptly shut down as Ashley felt empathy, considering she thought Hayley might be having a miscarriage.
However, the nurse found out later that Hayley opted not to have an ultrasound despite the fact that she was “pregnant” and had come into the hospital complaining of stomach pain.
Bill thought that Dani was messing with his wife, but it turns out it’s the other way around. We also have to wonder why a concerned father like Bill wouldn’t so much as ask to see the ultrasound Hayley lied about having.
You would think that would have been his very first request upon his arrival at the hospital to see his pregnant wife.
We’ll get some answers about what exactly Hayley is really up to. Even the way Hayley described her conversation with Dani left us feeling suspicious and perplexed. Not to mention Hayley’s crocodile tears in the hospital room.
Dani hit the nail on the head when she quipped to Ashley, “This is a miscarriage of justice!” We had Hayley pegged from day one.
