‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers here and we’re ready for our last visit to Fairmont Crest this week and we have some fun spoilery goodies to share.
The episode for Friday, May 8 looks like it’s going to be a fun one. We’re close to wrapping up the plasma ring storyline, and it’s about time.
It was starting to drag with plenty of unbelievable moments, but it looks like Grayson Perez (Jordi Vilasuso) will make a deal when Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges) threatens to arrest him.
Smitty Smith (Mike Manning) will cash in as well, as he’ll hear information that’ll blow his story wide open. Kudos for him finding a good hiding place.
Meanwhile, we’re going to get another celebrity appearance as Sunny Anderson from the Food Network will stop by.
Nicole Richardson (Daphnée Duplaix) and Carlton Fitzgerald (Robert Christopher Riley) will meet her by accident on their way to some private them time.

‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers are happy to see the end of the plasma ring nearing its end. There are still plenty of angles that can be explored.
Lia Whitmore (Cecelia Specht)’s past with Lynette Wise (Dominique Madison) feels like it deserves more than a few mentions.
Jacob appearing incompetent by trying to run things instead of appearing invisible and facing consequences, and so on.
The latter won’t happen with Grayson offering to trade information and give up Lia as the boss. To be fair, Grayson has nothing to lose.
If Jacob betrays him, he’s dead. If he doesn’t, he’s dead.
As for Smitty, he’s going to take in all the information Grayson shares. His story will be huge, but he’ll have to decide how long he’ll sit on it and give Jacob a chance to arrest Lia.
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers Friday, May 8: Some celebrity power
One thing we love about the show is how they don’t have an issue cross branding with other stars, shows, and networks.
They may all share a contract or contact in some way, but it’s better than watching Febreeze dance around the set or Tide coming in to comfort or save a scene.
Today’s guest will be Sunny Anderson from the Food Network. Carlton and Nicole will be out when they cross paths.
We expect the usual squeeing and pleasantries exchanged. Maybe Sunny will have a food idea to help their sex life?
This will be a fun departure from the darker storylines. We all could use a break at times, and we have a feeling some darker moments are coming.
