The Idaho Supreme Court has ruled on a change of venue for the Chad Daybell case, it seems that instead of in Fremont County, where Daybell is originally charged, the trial which was originally slated to begin Nov. 8th, has been postponed and will now be held in Ada County, because the judge feels that due to the media saturation and coverage that Daybell stands a better chance at getting a more fair trial in Ada County than in Fremont. Since January 8th, Chula Vista California native, Maya “May” Milliete, has been missing. Her family, friends, or children have not heard from her in that time and it is widely suspected that she is dead. Yesterday, her husband Larry Milliete was arraigned for her murder.
