A judge has declared a mistrial in the murder case against Tevin Biles-Thomas, the brother of Olympic gold medal winning gymnast, Simone Biles. Biles-Thomas, of Cleveland, Ohio has been charged with murder, homicide, voluntary manslaughter, felonious assault and perjury.
