Los Angeles police have arrested five suspects in connection with the February 24 kidnapping of Lady Gaga’s two French bulldogs and shooting of her dog walker, Ryan Fischer . The charges against the suspects include attempted murder for shooting Fischer in the chest and robbery for fleeing the scene with Koji and Gustav, Lady Gaga’s Frenchies.
