It is alleged that a dying doctor who was caught filming porn on his 80-foot boat in Nantucket walked over a lady who was unconscious and transported narcotics from Miami.
According to reports, the unidentified lady told her ex that “people on (Doctor Scott Burke’s boat) had been making pornographic films” and that “they were doing drugs all weekend long.”
According to a recent affidavit, she briefly lost consciousness while speaking to her ex on the phone while on 69-year-old Baker’s JessConn boat.
The Texas-born guy reported seeing Burke “step over (the woman), end the call, and he suspected he turned the phone off as when he called it went straight to voicemail” to Detective Amanda Schwenk.
What transpired after it is unknown. The same complaint also stated that on the ship, detectives discovered Burke-addressed envelopes that were allegedly filled with cocaine.
Police said that they had been sent from a well-known drug hub in Miami and that a credit card with Burke’s name had pink ketamine visible on its edge.

The doctor, who according to his attorney only has a few months to live, has been charged after the raid with a number of drug and firearm-related offenses.

It’s unclear what happened after that. The same complaint added that while on the ship, officers found envelopes with Burke’s address on them that were purportedly loaded with cocaine.
A credit card with Burke’s name had pink ketamine clearly visible on its edge, according to the police, who said they had been shipped from a well-known drug center in Miami.
A variety of drug and firearm-related violations have been brought against the doctor, who has been given only a few months to live, according to his counsel, following the raid. Burke has a hearing in Nantucket planned for October, according to public records. Until then, he is permitted to stay in Florida.
