‘Teen Mom’ OG spoilers find that one f its newer cast members- Zach Davis, engaged to and baby-daddy of Cheyenne Floyd isn’t as squeaky clean as he portrays himself to be on TV and actually has quite a history of not being 100% on the right side of the law.
This all caught up to him earlier this month when returned from a family vacation in Mexico, only to be greeted by police at LAX airport.
According to TMZ Zach was arrested on January 3, for some outstanding warrants against him.
The father to Ace and stepfather to Ryder was booked into jail and released the same day and everything managed to stay hush-hush…until now.

Zach has two court dates scheduled for May and one for October stemming from this arrest and from previous charges, which, after a deep dove was done on Zach, are quite prolific.
The 31 year old (who celebrated his birthday last week) apparently broke his probation for a 2018 theft charge and a 2020 DUI charge.
It was October in 2018 when Zach was arrested for Grand Larceny. At the time he was charged with five counts of “False Personation & Cheats” which is essentially identity theft however, all five charges were dismissed.
Zach was found guilty for Grand Larceny and sentenced to 32 days in LA County jail and three years probation. In February 2020, Zach allegedly violated his probation. The entrepreneur/almost realtor will be back in court for this in October.
So…that’s number one.
Just before Zach was introduced to Teen Mom audiences- June 2020, he was arrested for DUI and driving with a suspended license. This case is still pending.
Oh…and it doesn’t end there.
Going back to 2015, Zach was charged with petty theft. For this crime he served 10 days in LA County jail crimes and five days of community labor. He also received 2 years of probation.
In the same year he was caught driving without a license and was fined $90, then later (still in 2015) was charged with reckless driving on a highway…and driving without a license (dude…just get your license!!!)
Zach was landed with 3 years probation for the reckless driving and was thrown in the slammer for 10 days for the ole ‘not having a license” thing that he seems to never learn from. Seriously bro- have you heard of Uber?
Due to all of the above, Zach has also been ordered to alcohol and other drug education and counseling programs.
So far no word has come from MTV or the Floyd/Davis camp- but we are waiting!
