Recently, she began nursing school in Colorado. Not only did she move there, but her boyfriend, Dralin Carswell moved with her. This has worried some of her fans because they think that she is moving too quickly with him.

Alana’s goal in life is to become a nurse and when got accepting into Regis University in Colorado, she and her family were thrilled. There were plenty of things that she had to think about when she was accepted. She knew that her relationship with Dralin was going strong, but she wasn’t sure how to tell him that she would be moving thousands of miles away.
Dralin did end up moving to Colorado to be with her though. This wasn’t the only challenge for Alana though. She found out that her mother, June Shannon, had completely blown all of the money that was saved for her college fund. Not only did this happen, but Alana’s sister, Anna Cardwell recently died from cancer. This has totally shaken up Alana’s life and things have been incredibly hard for her. Her freshman year of college isn’t exactly the way that anyone planned. With everything that has happened, did Alana take some time off or is she still in college?
Mama June: Alana in Denver
Alana took some time off from her studies. but according to her Instagram account, she has gone back to Denver to study. Alana may have not had an easy transition through all of this, but it seems that she is back and trying her best to continue on with her studies. With Alana away, there is still a lot of drama with her family back in Georgia.
June is trying her best to be a mother to Kaitlyn, who is Anna’s daughter. With everything happening in Georgia, will Alana be able to continue to focus on her studies? Will she finally get through her freshman year? We will have to wait and see what happens.
