This led to a long back-and-forth of her knocking on the door while George insisted Leticia had to get gone. Now. He even threatened she’d sleep on the street if she didn’t hide and keep quiet.
When he finally opened the door, George claimed he was on a business call. While Carmen was still worried, as she thought something might have happened to him, she let it go and surprised him with a song and a proposal. The family seemed happy about it. Except Margarita ran into Leticia and, well, let’s just say Margarita has reason to doubt George. That will be a problem tonight.
George and Carmen announce they’re going to push up the wedding tonight. They’re so in love, they can’t wait. Plus, we assume they realize her family can’t just stay for months or a year until the big day happens. That leads us to another thing tonight.

So, it looks like Margarita might be an easy mark. Tonight, she takes measures to protect her daughter, but it doesn’t work. We can only assume, given how she acted near the end of yesterday’s episode, Leticia got to her a bit and she’ll be worried that Carmen is setting herself up to be played a fool.
We think Margarita better look in the mirror. Leticia is an obvious gold digger and liar. Plus, the conversation she witnessed between George and Leticia should show her that this supposed reconciliation is all in Leticia’s head. Even if she couldn’t hear what they said, the body language and vibes were obvious.

Finally, there’s Juancho Hernández (Salvador Zerboni). He thought coming to America for a bit would help with his situation. He was wrong. Those shady people he’s mixed up with still want their money, and they’re going after his friend to get it. Juancho found out in a phone call last night his buddy might have to pay the price for his failure to pay up. However, it looks like that might not make a difference to him. At least, not enough to show his face.
Parientes a la fuerza spoilers indicate Juancho confesses why he can’t return to Mexico. We do think he’ll do everything he can to get money to pay this thing off, but it’s going to be complicated. They didn’t exactly go through proper channels to get into the country, so his earning potential might be a bit limited. Actually, we wonder if George might find out about this and offer the money. He seems the type who’s willing to do anything for family, and he considers Carmen’s family his.
