Fans of the long-running Bravo reality show barely had time to digest the news that Cynthia Bailey was leaving after 11 seasons with the franchise before Porsha Williams announced that she, too, is out the door.
Porsha made her debut as a peach holder in season 5 of RHOA and has definitely left her mark. A fan favorite, Porsha knows how to bring the drama.

Her long running feud with co-star Kandi Burress ultimately led to the firing of Housewife, Phaedra Parks and in the most recent season we have seen Porsha’s activist side as she marched at Black Lives Matter protests and even found herself arrested on occasion after tussles with police while bringing awareness to the injustices the black community is facing.
Porsha may be best known, however, for getting engaged after dating her beau for only a month. Mainly because her new fiancé just happened to be Simon Guobadia, the ex-husband of friend (?) and fellow housewives co-star, Falynn Guobadia!
Like Cynthia before her, Porsha made her official announcement on her Instagram, saddening fans by saying that she will not be returning for season 14. The 40-year old has appeared on the show for a decade (during season 7 she was demoted to “friend of”, but she bounced back!)
Porsha’s post declared that she knows the decision to not come back is the right one for her and thanked fans and the Bravo team for being right there alongside the reality star for “ten life-changing, gratifying, incredible years,” that included the “ highest of highs and lowest of lows.”
Porsha finished up the announcement by promising fans this isn’t the last they’ll see of her. Oh, and promoting her soon to be released memoir.
It was confirmed back in May that Porsha was offered a three-part deal with Bravo, the new show focusing on her activism and her family.
So far, Kandi, who expressed her disappointment in Porsha’s departure in the comments section, is the only housewife who has confirmed her return for season 14 of Real Housewives of Atlanta.
