Ex-‘Teen Mom’ star, Farrah Abraham has had quite the past couple of months!
A judge ruled on April 27, 2021 that the polarizing reality-turned-porn star pay $673, 205.72 in unpaid rent on two Texas locations of her failed business ventures- Furnished by Farrah and Sophia Laurent Children’s Boutique.
Both of the stores were opened in 2016 and Farrah took out 60 month leases for each of the stores. Farrah allegedly stopped paying rent in September 2018 when the stores closed down.
After Farrah dodged being served with hand delivered court papers multiple times, she was finally arraigned. The landlord asked for $485,805.47 for the first lease agreement, which is to end in July 2021.

For the second lease, the landlord asked for $25,458.36 in unpaid rent. Other claims including tenant improvements, liquidated damages and attorney’s fees brought the amount owed up to just below the $700K mark!
The Texas judge ruled in favor of the landlord.
Earlier in April, Farrah had claimed that Dominic Foppoli, mayor of a California wine town, Windsor had sexually assaulted her. Farrah is one of nine women to make sexual assault allegations against Foppoli and last week the mayor resigned his position.
Foppoli denies the claims, saying of Farrah’s allegations : “I have no doubt she is making these allegations in an attempt to leverage the situation to her advantage.”
However, Farrah’s lawyer stated, “This is not a ‘he said, she said’ situation. She has physical proof. We believe it is in felony territory.”
It is alleged the ‘proof’ Farrah has to back up her claims came in the form of photographs, video and audio. These have been turned over to police.
Finally, Farrah has announced that as soon as she turns 30, which is in less than a week, she will enter the political world, running for an undefined government position. She tweeted out her intention, thanking fans for their support in advance while posing in front of the stars and stripes themselves.
As one critic remarked on Reddit: “She’s a sociopath which means she would make a perfect member of government.” While another feared she might actually make her goal come true saying, “Please no. I never thought Donald Trump would get elected so this actually terrifies me.”
Others see this as just another stunt, like Farrah’s claim to be attending Harvard. This was officially removed from LinkedIn after she “couldn’t prove” that she was a student at Ivy League school.
