Sharon Osbourne Provides Receipts, DENIES Sheryl Underwood’s Claims – The Talk Racism Fallout Continues!

There has been no love lost between co-hosts of a decade, Sharon Osbourne and Sheryl Underwood. The fall out from their on-screen spat in regards to Piers Morgan and perceived racism has been far reaching, with Sharon, the only original host of The Talk since it began in2010, exiting amid scandals of demanding million dollar pay outs and bullying of other co-hosts.

Now the dust is settling, Sheryl took to her podcast to address the drama publicly for the first time in a three-part series titled ‘Sharon Walks Away’. During the podcast Sheryl claimed that she is yet to receive an apology from Sharon and that she and Sharon had not spoken since their March 10 face off.

Sharon Osbourne and Sheryl Underwood’s Feud Continues, Sheryl Makes Claims But Sharon Has Receipts to Refute!

Mrs. O, however, wasn’t taking those claims lying down. Not only has Sharon refuted the claims made by Sheryl, she has ‘the receipts’ to prove it. On Tuesday screenshots were released on The Daily Mail of the series of text messages Sharon had sent to Sheryl, starting on Friday, March 12.

“I don’t want to lose my true friend over this. I’m sorry for telling you to f**k off during break, I’m sorry for accusing you of fake crying while we were live on air and I’m sorry for losing my temper with you.” Sharon wrote in the Friday text.

She went on to tell Sheryl she believes they are true friends and have always had each other’s backs, inviting Sheryl to speak with her in the phone.  She also wrote “Once again, from the bottom of my heart, I am sorry.”

So, it seems there was an apology, in fact, multiple.

Another text was sent on Monday, March15 when the first was unanswered saying that Sharon understood Sheryl is taking space and didn’t want to disrespect that need but wanted to reach out to Sheryl to say she was thinking of her.

After still not hearing back from Sheryl, Sharon sent another text that Thursday, saying she hopes her friend is doing well.

When sharing these texts to DailyMail.com, she told the online publication, “I not only sent these messages to Sheryl but I apologized to her in person in her dressing room.”

Sheryl had described in her podcast series how she and Osbourne became friends immediately upon Sheryl joining The Talk in its second season, despite rumors she’d heard about her co- host.

“I automatically just fell in love with her because I just like her, “Underwood said, claiming she still has positive feelings toward Sharon despite the March 10 showdown.

It seems though, Sharon no longer feels this way in return. Speaking to Sheryl through the Daily Mail she said, “Why are you saying I never apologized Sheryl? What are you trying to do to me? Why are you trying to destroy my reputation? Just be honest. Tell me.”

Sheryl is yet to comment on Sharon’s receipts or their authenticity, but surely she will on camera with The Talk set to resume airing April 12 on CBS after its month long hiatus.
