WWE News: Three Tag Teams That Could Re-Form Before The End Of This Year

Tag teams often have a tendency to split-up before eventually finding themselves getting back together later down the road. It has happened so many times in the past that we have lost count, with teams such as the Brothers of Destruction and D-Generation X the standout teams that have re-formed on numerous occasions throughout WWE history.

A couple of weeks ago we saw one of the most unlikely reunions on Monday night Raw as Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott decided to get the band back together and re-join the Riott Squad. But, while most fans were underwhelmed by this reunion, it did beg the question, which other teams we could see back together before the end of this year?

WWE News: The Bar

The Bar were great fun when they started teaming together, and they immediately made an impression by winning multiple tag team titles across Raw and SmackDown. However, they ultimately decided to split as they wanted their chance to challenge for individual success.

Sheamus quickly went after the Intercontinental Championship. However, neither superstar has been able to achieve that success, and with Cesaro now back in a tag team, we could be potentially closer to see The Bar reunite. It is something that has never been ruled out by either of the superstars.

WWE News: Kevin Owens vs Samoa Joe

Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe formed an exciting tag team when they formed to try and take down the team of Seth Rollins and Murphy. Joe looks set to return to the ring at some point in the near future.

He could immediately head back to the tag team scene with Owens and try and take down Rollins after clashing with the Monday Night Messiah during a segment a few weeks ago. It would be a welcome sight for fans of Owens, as he isn’t currently in an engaging storyline.

WWE News: Rated RKO

Although Randy Orton and Edge have been engaged in one of the most heated rivalries this year, the idea of the two men reforming their tag team has always been something that has been considered.

The team were one of the most dominant in WWE history, and there would certainly be intrigue in seeing them team once again. It would undoubtedly elevate the standard in the tag team division, but this team re-forming may be more a dream than a realistic chance.
