ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal there’s someone who sort of fell by the wayside in the week or so before GH went into reruns. Namely, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). After starting a big mob war that revealed some dark aspects to Jordan Ashford’s (Brianna Nicole Henry) past, we last remember seeing him trying to cut a real estate deal with Ava Jerome (Maura West). Let’s look at what that was the best thing she could have done, and what could be next.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Good move/Bad move
Ava saved herself a world of trouble. By denying him the property, and not entertaining anything else once she knew who he was, she saved herself a war with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard). As she has a child with him, and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is about as ruthless as Sonny can be, we didn’t need round 1,000 between them. A couple of recent Nurses Ball reruns drove home the length of this feud and how they’ve only recently come to a more peaceful place. Ava has shown she’s a survivor and always gets out of problems, but it’s probably best for her to not have the issue to start with. Especially since we also left off with a problem between her and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). However, she made a mistake as well, like many Port Charles residents. She wasn’t exactly polite in her rebuff, so we’re sure Cyrus is building a long list of people he wants to get back at. Speaking of…
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Bad intentions
If Cyrus is anything, he’s a backstabber. ‘General Hospital’ spoilers indicate that he has no intention of keeping to that truce he reached with Sonny. In fact, he intends to take out Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to weaken his adversary.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Lots of loose ends
That covers a couple of things that need a resolution. But we’re pretty sure he’s got plans for Laura Webber (Genie Francis) ahead as well. He clearly took offense to some of her actions just before he got released, and we don’t see him as being the kind to let anything go. What we see is him dealing with Sonny first. Then, we believe he’ll set his sights on political power in the city. As in, backing a candidate that will be friendly to him, while also a threat to Sonny. It would make sense if he really intends to stay long-term.
There’s also Jordan. She already dirtied her hands further by helping him for T.J. Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow) sake. He has a couple options: either continue to pressure her into helping, or get her out of the way. The question is, will Jordan finally break under the guilt she clearly felt over betraying her fellow agents and sacrifice herself in hopes of getting him off the streets? With Mac Scorpio (John J. York) getting closer to the truth about T.J.’s kidnapping, it looks like she’s heading for a no-win situation. We’ll be looking forward to how it all plays out.
