Vinessa Antoine (Jordan Ashford), a former star of General Hospital, recently posted on Instagram to clarify her backstory and to address the fact that she was never actually married.

If you search her name on Google, the result shows that she was married to Matt Levy in 2014, but this is not true. Rumours had suggested that she had gotten married when she was young and divorced about seven years later.
Despite this being the case, Vinessa came out in no uncertain terms to let everyone know that she was not married. In a post to her fans on Instagram, she said: “Not sure why I never cleared this up before.
“I guess I thought that it would just correct itself. Unfortunately, the media has gotten used to regurgitating the same information about people. Even if it’s incorrect. Guys… I’m not married to Matt Levy. I never was. There was no marriage to Matt Levy. Please stop. Thanks.”
People were intrigued by the individual whom Vinessa had supposedly wed, but Antoine could not provide an answer that the fans had wanted. Speculation has been swirling that the actress from General Hospital is a solo parent, but it turns out that she may be romantically connected to her co-star Anthony Montgomery.
Interestingly, the pair’s characters, Dr. Andre Maddox and Jordan Ashford, were in a relationship on the show. The fans on social media began to make a running joke out of the whole situation. And in the process of doing so, the comments were very brutal indeed.
One person wrote: “I absolutely love that you have to state this. Our society is hilarious,” while another person stated: “Who the f**k is Matt Levy?” Now that Vinessa has spoken her truth, hopefully this can be put to bed once and for all.
