General Hospital spoilers for the week of September 27th reveal there’s still a lot to deal with after Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) miraculous survival and return to Port Charles. However, there are some things we’re gonna say are best left alone. Meanwhile, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will continue to try making nice while Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) has something to say. Let’s take a look at the weekly promo.
General Hospital spoilers: Taking charge
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Sonny’s been gone a long time. Since then, a lot of things have gone sideways and it’s time to deal with the mess. This week, however, there’s something in particular on Sonny’s agenda. It seems he wants the gravestone removed. We can’t really blame the guy. It’s got to be beyond a head trip to see your own gravestone sitting there. And we also don’t blame him that it seems to be his first priority.
To handle that, he’ll ask Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Knowing Jason, he’ll get right on it and the marker will be gone in no time. However, there is one thing Jason probably won’t do. More on that in a minute.
General Hospital spoilers: Truth’s out?
In other news, Maxie apparently has something to tell Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Now, the thing that comes to mind immediately is the fact Nina knew Sonny was alive all this time. After all, Maxie didn’t seem too happy about what Nina did. At the same time, she probably shouldn’t be throwing stones after what she’s doing with the baby. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will be crushed by that truth.
Now, this could also be about Peter August (Wes Ramsey). However, with Sonny back we would think she should assume they already know about that. He talked to Peter more than once in Nixon Falls, and Nina already made it clear back in PA that Peter was the one who caused the fire at the Tan-O. So, we’ll see what she ends up doing.
General Hospital spoilers: Slow burn?
Meanwhile, it looks like there’s another moment between Valentin and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) this week. They appear to be having a drink out and Valentin said, “I’m saying everything.” We are more than ready for this pairing to happen. They work well together, and they understand each other’s darker sides as well. Plus, something good has to happen for Valentin with that baby scam just waiting to be exposed. She’d be a good one for him to lean on.
General Hospital spoilers: Better left unsaid
Finally, General Hospital spoilers reveal the guilt is real. Nina will continue to try making her lie right. This time, she’ll tell Sonny she never meant to hurt him. We’re not sure he’ll be ready to listen after everything that’s gone down. She really should make herself scarce a while and give him time to deal with everything without her apologies. We think, for now, that every word she says is just making his angst worse.
As for Carly, she wants to know what they’ll tell Sonny. Jason insists they did nothing wrong. We agree, and we think Carly will just be inviting trouble if she wants to confess that she and Jason started having real feelings for each other. That is the last thing Sonny needs to know right now. He’s got enough on his plate.
