ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers says that actress Kim Delaney is back where she belongs, and that’s in front of the camera. The daytime television darling, who was best known for her role as Jenny Gardner Nelson on All My Children, is back on the canvas, but this time in a super-secret role in Port Charles. Here’s what she has to say.
Even though it’s been several long years since she was back on the set of a soap series, Kim feels as though she’s back in the game. However, she does admit that things have certainly changed since the last time she was on set.

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, Kim says that while there was some initial disorientation, she feels rather impressed by the way that the cast and crew of ‘General Hospital’ operates behind the scenes. Kim said, “It’s definitely more pages per day than primetime or on a film. But, you know, I got back into it, and the way we shoot at ‘General Hospital’ is more in the sets, whereas way back when I was doing All My Children, we were there all day long. Everybody was there all day long! So, just different. I am impressed by how much is shot in a day. I hear there is going to be more fun in the future, from what the other actors are telling me, so I have to stay ready. That’s my job, is to stay ready.”
She also said that her former All My Children co-star Michael E. Knight has been very helpful to her while on set, too. Kim added, “I saw him last week. I have seen him around. I still talk with him and Darnell William and Larry Lau, and Susan Lucci once in a while, too.”
With that said, fans will simply have to tune in to find out what’s in store for Kim and her super-secret new character. We can’t wait!
