’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers finds that Brittany doesn’t understand the gravity of the situation that she’s in. Not that I’m excusing Yazan’s behavior at all because he did overreact but Brittany’s reaction to him crashing his car was a bit flippant.
She didn’t seem all that concerned, she didn’t ask if he was okay or anything, she just didn’t even try to empathize at all there and told him that none of it was her responsibility and that he needed to shut the F up.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Obviously, Yazan is not ready to cut the apron strings
Granted, Yazan went about this the wrong way. He told her in order to improve her standing among his friends that he got a car for her as a surprise and now that he’s wrecked it it would cost $1000 to fix it. The thing is, Brittany didn’t even know he had the car so why blame her?
Why get so bent out of shape at her because of circumstances that she literally did not know about. She asked him to do things for her but she didn’t actually ask him to get a car, he did do that all on his own. She also didn’t ask him to improve her standing among his friends, again, he did that on his own.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: What is Yazan really angry about then?
It seems like he’s mad because she is the reason that his parents have kicked him out and now he’s having to live on his own and do everything for himself. That’s literally what he’s so angry about. It’s clear that Yazan is not ready to cut, nor will he probably ever be able to cut, the apron strings.
I don’t think he actually wants to live anywhere else other than with his family, he wants to be with them and he wants to bring home his wife to them and have two generations living under the same roof. I’m not saying it’s not doable it’s just… not the culture here in the US.
From what Yazan was screaming however, it seems it’s pretty common in Jordan to do this. Common or not, he totally went about this the wrong way and didn’t need to blame Brittany for his own actions when she literally had nothing to do with them, Brittany could have offered up more sympathy however for the man she has professed to love and move halfway around the world for.
I think it’s a mistake on both their parts, she’s almost intentionally dense and he’s so bound by his culture and family that the relationship was doomed from the start, but we’ll see how it plays out, won’t we? Stay tuned!!!
