‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) suffered a pretty serious cut on his hand after his run-in with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James). As we all know, Nate had an affair with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) and Devon was obviously none too happy about what he heard.
Making his way downstairs, he found Nate in the lobby and cleaned the floor with him. Dropping him in a single punch. However, as Nate fell, his hand smashed a glass or something and he had a pretty significant cut. It sounded like he damaged a tendon.

‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Can Nate Still Be A Doctor After His Injury?!
I worked in a restaurant for a number of years, preparing food every morning and using knives every second of the day, for a long time. I’ve had a number of cuts, and while many are just knicks or little scrapes, I did have one bad cut on the tip of two fingers. Just this caused loss of feeling in those fingertips and it still tingles if I bump it just right.
Those hand/finger injuries are nothing to laugh at, and if Nate’s cut is as bad as it sounds, he may not be able to continue his job as a doctor! Perhaps this is what he was thinking about as he stared at his hand back at the clinic. Not only does he have to deal with what happened between Elena and him, but he may have just lost his livelihood!
