Joe Rogan made the announcement on Instagram today that he would have to cancel all podcasts for this week as his producer, “Young” Jamie Vernon has tested positive for COVID-19. In the video, Rogan said that Vernon hadn’t felt well but thought it was allergies or a sinus infection.
While Vernon said he is feeling better now, they have to wait a certain amount of time and perform three negative tests. Best case scenario, it’ll be late into next week before we know if we’ll see any new episodes.

Young @jamievernon tested positive for COVID-19. I tested negative, and the rest of the staff tested negative but we’re shutting everything down until we get an all clear from our doctor. I was out of town last week and the shows that aired had all been previously recorded, so I haven’t had any contact with Jamie in the past 9 days except for briefly today, but I’m staying away from everyone and being tested every day until I know I’m in the clear.
I’ll keep you folks posted as to when the show will resume.”

Joe Rogan Cancels All Podcasts After Young Jamie Tests Positive For COVID-19
This comes on the verge of Kanye West coming on the podcast. West reported that he would be on the podcast this Friday, but that’s not going to happen now. It seems having West on the podcast has been a curse, as every time it’s been planned something happens.
We’ll have to wait until next week to see what’s going on. Rogan mentioned he thought about having a guest producer, which he doesn’t want to do, or maybe just doing them remotely.
