Recently, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson became part owner of the XFL and this had a lot of people excited! The XFL brought some competition, even if it was a little, to the NFL and let players play a little more lose with big hits and fewer penalties. After their returning season last year, it was announced it be closing down again. That was until Johnson stepped in.
Now, he’s giving us hope again and made a post about the XFL returning in 2022 on his Instagram page!

The XFL Returns Spring 2022 The Rock Confirms
This is exciting news for football fans and that announcement video really gave us hope. For the love of football, we cannot wait for 2022 and see these teams march back out on the field. The season we just witnessed was pretty good and we saw a lot of promise from it. With Johnson behind the scenes this time around, we can only expect bigger and better things!
