Although we may not see it, there is a very complicated war going on around the world every day. HBO’s ‘The Perfect Weapon’ will detail the rise in cyber threats since 2007 when The United States sent a piece of malware into the Iranian Nuclear Program. The US used a powerful cyber weapon, though this sent a message to the rest of the world. If one country did, so could the rest!
Cyberwarfare began spreading, targeting countries’ infrastructures. Soon e-mails were made public and people’s private information would be viewable for the world. Take a look at the unsettling trailer below with the following description.

This has become a much bigger problem as time goes on and technology advances. Now, seemingly everything we do is online. All of our information for our private lives, our bank accounts, shopping lists, addresses, credit card numbers are stored online.
Not to mention the number of jobs that build their entire business around online traffic and trade. While the internet has been a blessing, there have been many downfalls and things that we should be concerned about.
HBO’s ‘The Perfect Weapon’ premieres next month, October 16.
