CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers finds that with everything going on in Genoa City, It looks like we’re going to get a slight change of pace with the storylines, and the show loves it.
Next to the Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) storyline, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway)’s is our favorite.
They’re so much fun playing off one another that it makes for awesome viewing. They add a sense of comedic timing even when it’s a serious topic, and that’s a great tension breaker.
Even Phyllis can’t do it alone, so Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is going to lend another helping hand.
While that’s happening, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) and Elena Dawson (Brytini Sarpy) will find common ground between them.
What could that common ground be? Guess we’ll have to discuss that below.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For August 25: A little help
‘Young and the Restless’ have witnessed several times that Phyllis has moments of brilliance that are simply awesome.
They’re ideas that are usually the type all of us want to smack our heads for not coming up with it ourselves, and that just pads her resume.
But even she needs help sometimes, and Nick has been with her in one way or another in her recent endeavors.
His help in developing her current idea can’t be ignored, and we expect it to go to further lengths.
‘Young and the Restless’ are sure he’s going to be the one responsible for getting the various Genoa City women to take part in Phyllis’ test launch.
One of those in particular with be his mother, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), who isn’t the biggest fan of Phyllis. Abby will also be there, though whether as a guest or to spy is anyone’s guess.
It’s going to be a great testing opportunity for Phyllis if she can get Nikki and the others to sign off on their experiences.
This will go a long way to justifying her new idea and putting it into motion.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For August 25: Bonding
It’s never easy for two people to find common ground, but we expect Amanda and Elena to do some bonding while taking part in Phyllis’ test.
We may be wrong here, but it feels right that Amanda will be there to support her friend, and it could give her the opportunity to break down the barriers between her and Elena.
It won’t be easy, but we think it’ll be some fun segments.
Will Phyllis’ idea work out, or will she need to figure out something else?
