CBS ‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers show that Katrina Bowden (Flo Fulton) is back to her pilates routine after three weeks off and she tells everyone that she feels like jello! I believe it after you take even a few days off, it’s hard to get back into any routine!
Bowden took to Instagram to share a post showing her workout with the following caption,

It’s great to see her staying active, especially during these times. We can all learn something from her drive. We look forward to next week’s episodes of ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’! It’s been a few weeks, but it still feels weird having new episodes again! It had been a long few months and we look forward to seeing what’s next for Flo and Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks).
