CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers on Tuesday, July 28th, producers are throwing it back to April 2, 2004. Though it’s the day after April Fool’s Day, there seems to be a lot of tricks being played in Genoa City. This episode feature for Newman Week showcases Nikki, Ashley, Lauren, Michael, and a whole lot of tricky secrets as they unfold.

Let’s not forget the time that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) stole Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) sperm to get pregnant with sweet little Abby Newman – even though she’s trying to make sure that nobody ever finds out the truth about her little mix up.

This whole time, Ashley had Brad Carlton (Don Diamont) step up and play “Dad” to little Abby. Everything was working, and Brad even knew the circumstances behind the real biological father.

CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: April Fools

Ashley is getting ready to drop a bomb on her ex-lover while Brad is playing good guy. Victor is naturally shocked about the entire situation, and who beats Ashley to the punch? None other than a little toddler with some big news.

Meanwhile, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) is putting his attorney badge to good use as he defends his bad-boy brother, Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart). Rumor has it that Kevin burnt Brittany (Lauren Woodland).

Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) pays Kevin’s bail and hopes that he will tell the truth. However, a wrench is thrown into her plan when he comes up with information that has her protecting him and laying to Paul Williams (Doug Davidson).

So, clearly everything was going well back in Genoa City in 2004. Aside from stolen sperm and burned bodies, everyone was doing alright. Another great episode for Newman Week. What was your favorite storyline in this one?
