CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers it looks like the infamous reruns will be coming to a halt with production being started back up soon. Thankfully, producers are swooping in with a much-needed classics week titled “Fan Favorite Moments”.
On Monday, July 20, producers are airing the very first two 30-minute episodes back from March 26 and 27 in 1973. The soap opera begins with Brad Elliot, who just arrived in Genoa City. Shortly after, viewers get a glimpse of the Brooks and Foster families (neither of us have seen any of these people in several years).

Moving into Wednesday, July 22, Drucila Winters (Victoria Rowell) and Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) have tied the knot! They are celebrating with everyone they love. This episode is back from 1993 – but don’t get too comfortable. Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) is scheming behind the scenes).
Happy Thursday, July 23! Who is the guest star on today’s show? None other than Katy Perry, of course! This show aired back in 2008 (when Katy Perry was hitting it big!).
Finally, to wrap up a wonderful week on Friday, July 24, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) marries Hilary Curtis (Mischael Morgan). This aired back in 2015, but if only their marriage lasted longer. Poor Bryton. Are you excited for next week’s episodes?
