TLC ’90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way’ spoilers indicates that as we continue to watch the new season of the show we have been introduced to Ariela and Biniyam Shibre. Ariela lives in Princeton, New Jersey and Biniyam is in Ethiopia. When traveling the world, Ariela met him and the two of them spent a few months together. Ariela found out that she was pregnant and decided that she wanted to move to Ethiopia to give birth. On last week’s episode, we learned that Ariela isn’t Biniyam’s first American girlfriend.

The last time that Biniyam was in America, it was because of some terrible circumstances. He actually came to the states when his ex-girlfriend gave birth to his other son. He is two-years old now. The internet sleuths have figured out a lot more about Biniyam and his ex. In 2017, he was allowed to come to his baby’s birth in America. The baby was diagnosed with gastroschisis, which is a defect where the baby’s intestines are growing on the outside of his body.

His ex-wife, Bria, met Biniyam in almost the same way the Ariela did. They met at a club while she was in Ethiopia working, hooked up and she got pregnant immediately. She also wanted to have her baby in Ethiopia, but when she found out that something was wrong with him, she moved back to America so she could get the medical care that she needed. Biniyam wanted to do everything that he could to get to America to be with her during the birth. He had many visa denials and eventually was granted permission to come to America. The couple ended up getting married in Iowa after he was born. They did move back to Ethiopia together. So where is she now?
When we looked around at Biniyam’s Instagram account, we don’t see a lot of pictures of Ariela, which leads up to believe they are not together anymore, but there is no mention of his ex-wife either. There are, however, a lot of pictures of his son that is in America. One of them was a picture of the adorable little boy and the location says Iowa. The caption says, “A father never forgets his son. I will not give up. I love you Simon.I remember how you loved to play with me. I remember how you love movies just like me. I remember changing your diapers. I remember how we prayed when you were born when we thought you might not make it. I remember how all the neighborhood children would come to play in our home. You had the most toys. I remember months in the hospital waiting for you to be better. I remember you falling asleep on the floor outside the door of the bathroom. I remember you loved me, and I pray one day you will know who I am again.”
There are also pictures that allude to how his son was taken from him. “Parental child abduction is child abuse.” This picture is captioned, “It is still kidnapping and abuse even if done by one of the parents! Having your child taken from you is one of the worst pains anyone can endure!
