In the courtroom, Sharon (Sharon Case) makes it clear that she’s a woman that is only looking out for herself. She reminds her legal team that they are representing her, and not the Newman family. Victoria (Amelia Heinle) thinks that she and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) should take the stand. Their lawyer Michael (Christian LeBlanc) doesn’t think it’s a good idea as there’s a strong possibility that Christine (Lauralee Bell) will cross-examine them and catch them on any discrepancies in their testimonies.

Summer (Hunter King) tells Nick (Joshua Morrow) that she knows everything about what happened the night that JT Hellstrom died. She also tries to defend her mother Phyllis (Gina Tognoni). Summer wants Nick to know that Phyllis did what she thought was best. Nick is not convinced.

Billy (Jason Thompson) pays Jack (Peter Bergman) a visit at the Abbott house and both men agree to put on a united front. At Crimson Lights, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) admits to Kyle (Michael Mealor) that she’s nervous. At Rey’s (Jordi Vilasuso) house, Mia (Noemi Gonzalez) tries to get an update on Lola (Sasha Calle). She also tries to convince Rey that she’s still pregnant. She also apologizes to Rey for her actions. Rey understands that Lola’s attack was an accident but warns Mia about Christine. He is also worried that Mia might give birth to their baby in prison. Rey also tells her that it will take time for him to forgive her. He also says he’s excited about the baby and wants to be there for all of the doctor appointments.

Back at the courtroom, Michael insists that the video tape presented to the jury doesn’t prove that JT is dead. He also points out there’s no evidence that the four women in the tape are carrying a body. Sharon is concerned about her daughter Mariah and wishes that she wasn’t a part of this case.

At the hospital, Arutro tells Lola that they are looking for a match for her liver. He prays that Lola holds on. Both Mariah and Kyle show up with their GC Buzz camera crew and share Lola’s story. Mariah asks her viewers to visit the hospital to get tested to see if they are a match for Lola. Arturo (Jason Canela) is livid about the camera crew but then realizes that Kyle is sincere in his help. He then lets Kyle visit Lola in her hospital room.
