ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for the week of May 18th reveal we’ll see some crazy stuff to close out new episodes. The action, according to the weekly promo, will focus mostly on the custody case. However, we’ll also see the beginning of another arc ahead. Let’s take a look at what’s next…
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For The Week Of May 18: Custody Drama
First of all, we’ll likely see who Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) married at the end of last week. We’ll see a repeat of her running into the courtroom at the last minute as she says something amazing just happened. We’re still lost as to who she could marry. It definitely wouldn’t help her case to have Julian Jerome (William deVry) as her husband. And we don’t see this bringing Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) back into the picture, either, since he hates Nelle. Whoever the groom ends up being, it’ll lead to a lot of drama.
In another scene, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will go on about what a sleazy move this is. And from the looks of things, no one else in that room is happy about the union, either. We’ll have to wait and see what impact it will have on the custody case. However, either way? Expect this to not be full resolved this week, and probably carry on once new episodes get back into production. This is definitely shaping up to be the never-ending switch.

Also next week, expect to see more of Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Deception. Last week, we saw her in a bad state and nearly tank an important shoot by not showing up in time. It was saved at the last minute by Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) stepping in and giving her a pep talk. Well, that and the drugs someone working on the shoot left.
General Hospital spoilers reveal we’ll see more of this in the week ahead. A clip from the preview shows her being offered more. You know, in case she needs a boost. We fully expect her to take what’s offered and begin a downward spiral into an addiction story. And we guess Sasha has every reason to be losing it right now. The only question we have is, who’ll finally notice first? And will Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) be willing to lose her brand’s face, or will she cover for Sasha?

We’re personally expecting to be a little annoyed at the court scenes this week. Especially when Diane is going on about the “sleazy” move. Which we assume refers to Nelle’s sudden marriage. You know, as she suggested Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) does. She had no qualms about suggesting he find someone else with a less damaged rep than the woman he was actually dating. So, we gotta say that turnabout is fair play. And we really hope the writers are taking this time to make some big changes. Like, maybe give Diane some logical decisions? She is not being presented as the super lawyer she’s supposed to be.
