CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers for next week finds that with new episode filming still being paused due to the global pandemic, Y&R fans can expect to see a few more weeks of much-anticipated reruns. In the upcoming week, producers are flashing us back to the 80s, 90s, and 2000s with love, drama, and heartbreak.
On Monday, May 4, Y&R will showcase another Halloween episode from 1981. The old school episode features Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) near the beginning of their courtship. There’s a cameo from Victor’s close friend, Colonel Douglas Austin (Michael Evans), and a brief stint to test Nikki’s loyalty.

On Tuesday, May 5, an episode from the summer of 1987 will air. Nikki dreams about a reunion with Victor after he separates from Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davison), and Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) begins to settle into a routine with Phillip Chancellor III (Thom Bierdz) – a far cry from her honeymoon with Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) that we saw last week. On Wednesday, May 6, several well-known faces take the screen, such as Drucilla Winters (Victoria Rowell), Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), and Scott Grainger (Peter Barton).
On Thursday, May 7, we get to see another rocky skit between Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), as they hit a rough patch in their marriage in 1998. Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper) goes to bat with her daughter Jill Abbott (Jess Walton). And lastly, on Friday, May 8, we see more wedding bells when Victor and Nikki remarried on September 5, 2002. Looking for a little more Y&R fix? Catch Den of Thieves on Netflix.
