‘General Hospital’ spoilers indicate that it’s going to be another dramatic week in Port Charles. That’s because Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) has a few loose ends to take care of, Laura is getting desperate for answers and Ava Jerome is questioning her future in Port Charles. If that weren’t enough, Ryan Chamberlain is also looking to make another move. Here’s what you need to know.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Week of January 28 – February 1: Sam vs Shiloh
Beginning the Monday, January 28thepisode, things get pretty tense between Sam and Shiloh. She has a feeling that her sister Kristina might be in danger as Sam uncovers even more truth about Shiloh and his supposed cult. But unfortunately, Sam herself might have to watch her back as he clearly has his eye on her.

Also, Laura is now worried about her daughter Lulu and her future. Clearly, there is someone out there that wants her dead, but little does Laura know that the person who is trying to kill her is also right next to her. Ryan, meanwhile, is intent on finishing what he started. He won’t let anyone get away this time.
Elsewhere, Ava is questioning her future in Port Charles. Clearly, things haven’t been going her way for a very long time and she is in need for a change. During the Tuesday, January 29thepisode, Carly will meet with Griffin. Sam will have another new plan in mind while Stella will corner Curtis with some questions.
By the end of the week, fans can expect to see Drew and Kim find comfort in one another. Kevin is infuriated. Julian will warn Brad to stay away while Michael takes Baby Wiley to Charlie’s. Little does he know that there is a reason why he feels such a special bond with the tot. Also, Chase and Jordan will continue to work on their murder investigation while Elizabeth will look to Brad for some help.
