Telemundo La Doña spoilers reveal there’s a character that’s had a big impact on the series this season. The thing is, we haven’t really seen him yet. We think there might have been a quick clip in a flashback scene, but that was it. On Tuesday, he played a bigger part. Here’s what went down.

Telemundo La Doña Spoilers: The background

The character we’re talking about is Alex, the son of Eunice “La Felina” Lara (Maricela González). Apparently, she ended up getting him mixed up in her shady dealings and he got into some big trouble. So much so, Interpol used his freedom to get Felina to help them nab Manuel Padilla (Luis Xavier). While a lot of twists and turns happened that took this operation in directions unplanned, it worked out. Manuel ended up dead, and Felina’s bargain was considered fulfilled. Alex is free now, unless he messes up again.

We still hadn’t seen him, though, or saw him interact with Felina in the present. Which is an interesting situation for a character whose well-being centered around most of the action. Felina’s involvement in the arms business, inserting herself into Altagracia Sandoval’s (Aracely Arambula) life and business, as well as a panic about los Casillas. Thing is, we’re not sure about the payoff here.

Telemundo La Doña Spoilers: Hot mess

It’s no wonder Felina had to watch after him. La Doña spoilers reveal he’s apparently an addict and not motivated in the least to get better. Even after his situation with Interpol. In the Tuesday episode, he arrived at Felina’s place in more trouble. It seems a friend called and he had to answer. He seriously sounded like a child, going on about how, “He asked me! I can’t say no to him!” Felina, rightfully, was not pleased. In fact, she wasn’t sure what to do with her son at this point. All she knew was, he needed protection. So, when Interpol came calling again, she lied about his whereabouts. Once again, she risked a lot for him. It just didn’t matter.

Almost right after she lied for him, Felina went in search of her son. From the looks of things, he was already dead when she found him. Probably an overdose, and we think Felina suspected he was under the influence when he got to her place. Now, she’s in a bigger mess. Here’s how we see this playing out.

Telemundo La Doña Spoilers: All for nothing?

So far, Felina has gotten nothing out of this deal. Obviously, the biggest points are his death, the trouble he’d be in if he’d lived, and the trouble Felina’s got in store if Interpol finds out she lied. But there’s so much more.

Thanks to all of this, she got involved in the arms business. One she had to leave and run on her own with half the stock due to Braulio Padilla (José María Galeano) allowing Lucho Navarrete (Bernardo Flores) in. She’s at war with Altagracia, lost her trusted friend and assistant, and she was about to get on Braulio’s bad side by turning in Lucho. She also lost her spa money laundering business and a bunch of horses. And we see little to nothing in return.

La Doña spoilers indicate she’s in a very precarious position. We personally see Felina forgetting all about the war with Altagracia and turning in Lucho now. The likely thing would be for her to turn her focus to dealing with her son’s death and making sure she’s not busted for lying. Felina seems strong, but we see her possibly breaking with the weight of this latest loss, and this might just be what keeps Altagracia from hitting back after the smart building disaster. We guess there’s always something good to find, right? Stay tuned to see how these final episodes play out.
