They intercepted a truck they believed was hauling drugs. The guys driving seemed to prove that, as they got out and started attacking. Plus, they had an escort. They also started firing. At first, they looked like they lost. All they found in the truck was a bunch of coal. Even the dog they used couldn’t scent anything. But a lab report says some genius (Diego) managed to make cocaine into coal. So, they did take a ton of product, and it helps them understand the level of genius that is working for El Guapo.

Speaking of El Guapo, he used extra drugs to throw them off. Now, he’s ready to negotiate with Amalia to get out. He just doesn’t have the bait he promised, as Diego (German de Greiff) helped Mariana Ortega (Johanna Fadul) escape. El Guapo’s currently looking for her, but a random couple is hiding her. This is going to be a tough situation for El Guapo to get out of. Especially now.

It seems El Guapo’s a bit forgiving. Operación Pacífico spoilers reveal he hasn’t really done anything to Diego, despite the good chance he was also involved in Mariana’s escape. He’s apparently not as forgiving with Crystal (Diana Acevedo). He said on Thursday, he doesn’t care about what happens with her. We’re pretty sure that means El Guapo will arrange an “accident” for her, or just have his guys take her out when they find her. She and Diego are both on the run. If they kill her, Diego will likely turn against his father, and could end up turning into the team’s best asset. Tune in to tonight’s Gran Final to see how it all turns out.
