    First off, let’s talk the Stefano DiMera (Stephen Nichols) situation. On Tuesday, Kayla made the decision to take matters into her own hands, since Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) won’t do the surgery. That operation will happen April 8th, and it looks like Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) will be correct in worrying about her performing the procedure. ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal Kayla and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) encounter an unexpected complication during Steve’s surgery. We don’t see them killing Steve, but this is sure to be a huge scare that could last a little bit.

    Next, let’s talk about the baby swap. As Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) should’ve known, Eric refused to keep Brady Black’s (Eric Martsolf) child. However, he did hesitate to tell them because he thought Sarah needed to know first. As Sarah will be busy with an operation Wednesday, Eric will make the most of what time is left before he’s forced to break the news. ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers indicate he’ll share a tearful goodbye with Mackenzie. And we’re already hating the writers for this now. This is gonna be rough.

    Meanwhile, Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will be busy with wedding details. At least, that’s what we assume, based on the teasers. According to them, Xander has a surprising request for Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith). Given he already got Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) to officiate, we’re assuming he’ll ask Sonny to be best man. Or at least take some big role in the ceremony. We’re sure his initial reaction will be a lot like Justin’s.

    It looks like after letting Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) take the fall for his crimes, it might be time for Evan Frears (Brock Kelly) to face the music. Teasers reveal Evan meets with Ben face-to-face Wednesday. We’re anticipating an obviously tense encounter and a lot of angst for Ben. After everything Evan did, he’ll surely be resisting some dark impulses. A lot of people would do the same, but we’re sure Ben will overcome those urges.
