CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers here with a new week about to get started and it looks like we’re in for some tough love for Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), but peace is broached by Jill Abbott (Jess Walton).
As interestingly familiar these two angles are, we’re willing to be Jill will have an easier time in the long run, but then she’s never believed in doing things the easy way, has she?
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For April 6: Jack Issues A Challenge
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) has tried everything except locking Theo and Kyle in a room to fight it out, so it appears he’s taking a different approach. Of course, it helps that their latest dust-up happens in front of Dina Mergeron (Marla Adams), which triggers some unpleasant memories for her and cause her to shout at them. Using as kid gloves as he can manage, Jack decides since the puppies can’t behave on their own, he’s going to use their competitiveness to his advantage.

At least, that’s ‘The Young and the Restless’ spoilers’ belief. His challenge, we think, will be for them to work together on a project. Maybe he’ll even raise the stakes and step out of his co-CEO role and install Theo there to force them to work together or cause the company to implode. This is extremely risky as these pups are too busy snipping at each other and it could be the biggest mistake Jack ever made. He’s got to have a failsafe in mind if they blow it. Or maybe he just moved his personal finances elsewhere so the pups don’t soil it?
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For April 6: Ambassador Jill
Jill Abbott has been playing quite the arbitrator lately, first with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), and now between Billy and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). The latest flair up has more to do with Nick being the good little soldier and embracing his inner Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). He was frustrated at his sister being hurt and having to take her place as acting CEO of Newman Enterprises. In short, he brought his pair of tweezers for a pissing contest.
Knowing how important it is to keep good relations with one’s landlord, we expect Jill to talk Nick down and explain to him that who she has worked for her isn’t his concern and that Billy isn’t looking or trouble. Being free of the CEO chair and knowing Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) says she’s well, he may be interested in listening. Of course, this may go south if Billy or someone that’ll be happy to let him know about it — the Disease Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) perhaps? — mentions to Billy that Jill let slip that he won’t have time to cause mischief. Will Jill speak before thinking? Time will tell, but it’s typical for soap operas, so why not? What are your thoughts? Let us know below. As always, ‘Young and the Restless’ spoilers will be here through it all with the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation.
