CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers tease that while Summer Newman (Hunter King) always knew in the back of her mind that she and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) belonged together, she now has her doubts. As a matter of fact, it seems as though the golden boy of the Abbott family is looking to propose to his ex-wife and perhaps even fast track a second wedding, which apparently Summer isn’t ready for yet. Here’s what you need to know.
For the longest time Kyle Abbott was absolutely in love with the young and talented chef from Miami, Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle). In fact, he only agreed to marry Summer Newman (Hunter King), just so she could donate her kidney to Lola when she was dying in the hospital. Summer did it, thinking that she would be able to get Kyle’s mind off of Lola in no time. Unfortunately, it didn’t work then as Kyle went crawling back to Lola in no time, even though he was married to Summer. They broke things off and within just a matter of weeks, Lola and Kyle were both engaged and quickly married.

Now that Lola has broken things off with Kyle after discovering how he got passionate with Summer, he’s crawled back to his ex. Kyle Abbott seems like he’s a person who can’t stay single for too long as he’s not only reunited with Summer, but desperately wants to get married again. As a matter of fact, ‘Young and the Restless’ spoilers say that Kyle has huge plans for the future and yes, it does include a second wedding. Actually make that a third for Kyle this year, if anyone is keeping count.
Needless to say, Summer is freaked out about all of this, as she’s not ready to commit herself to a man who she definitely finds attractive, but also sees as rather unstable. And she’s not wrong about that, either. Will she push Kyle away? Or will she proceed forward by being Mrs. Newman once again? Fans will find out soon enough!
