    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, June 2 reveal Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) has some tough talk for Xander Cook (Paul Telfer). Plus, Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) and Kate DiMera (Lauren Koslow) catch up. We’ll also see some drama for Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey). Here’s what you need to know.

    Days of Our Lives spoilers, Tuesday, June 2: Face facts

    First, Marlena gives Xander an ultimatum. Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal she’s not been shy about asking the hard questions. Or calling out motives. This time, she might have a good reason, though, to worry. It seems that despite what we were being told, Xander does have some hope left for him and Sarah as a couple.

    So, this ultimatum must be making herself clear with him. She will not keep treating him if won’t let go of the idea of a reunion. Which, we agree with as far as him needing to adjust his expectations. He has to be 100% committed, as well, to making sure this is for him and his daughter. Otherwise, it might not work. After all, addiction doesn’t stop until a person decides there is a problem and they want to be better. Not just doing what is expected of them for a reward. That can’t create lasting change.

    Days of Our Lives spoilers, Tuesday, June 2: Bonding time

    Elsewhere, Joy opens up to Kate. Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Kate is one of the main people in Salem Joy can lean on and open up to. Thanks to their bond during Body and Soul, they like each other and Joy clearly feels safe confiding in her. And we think she needs that. She’ll likely have a lot she’s dealing with in navigating co-parenting with Alex. Not to mention, figuring out how to make things work when Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) isn’t exactly thrilled with her presences—or the baby’s. She’ll likely offer a lot of insight to Joy that will help her deal with all this.

    As for Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson), he and Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) discuss fatherhood. Again, Justin’s own history will probably give Alex a lot of perspective he needs. And Justin’s a safe person to confide in when Stephanie is out of the country, and he knows she’s not exactly jumping up and down over a stepchild.

    Days of Our Lives spoilers, Tuesday, June 2: Emergency

    Finally, Sarah struggles with a patient. From what we’ve seen online, it looks like Sarah will encounter someone in crisis at the Horton Square and step in to save them. And from the summer preview, we know there are tainted drugs out there. So, this is likely an overdose connected to the situation. And her encounter with this patient will eventually lead her on a search for answers that will ultimately bring trouble.
