Is anyone else thinking that it would be a massive twist if someone somehow uncovered proof that Victor Newman (Eric Braden) fabricated AI-generated evidence?
Christine Had Phyllis and Cane Arrested
Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) had Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) arrested, which was no big surprise. “The Bug” assured that her actions weren’t personal and that it was her job as DA to pursue justice.
However, Phyllis has Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) as her lawyer. Victor told Michael to kick rocks when he told him that he was planning to represent Phyllis in the case.

So, Michael really has nothing to lose now. His loyalty at this point is to Phyllis, whom he’s promised to defend. Michael told Phyllis that it would be easy to create enough reasonable doubt to win her case.
Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) was also arrested in yesterday’s Y&R. Christine seems unnaturally certain that Phyllis and Cane are guilty.
Yet there must be some glitch in those emails that proves they are fake. Victor developed his own AI program to generate fake emails to make it appear as though Phyllis, Cane, and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) illegally seized control of Victor’s empire.

There are too many people involved in this situation who could be hurt if Victor wins. So far, Billy boy hasn’t been arrested, but that could change at a moment’s notice.
Too Many People Will Be Hurt if Victor Wins
Billy is engaged to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and is expecting a baby. He shared this news with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), who took the email “evidence” to Christine.

We would love to see Victor Newman for once, after his life went down. Everyone thinks Victor will inevitably take back his company, and he’ll be back on top soon.
Yet, we don’t see Cane or Phyllis ending up in prison. On the other hand, Victor had Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) kidnapped and held hostage on a yacht with Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk).
Right now, Jack is trying to get Patty to flip on Victor. Patty has been obsessed with Jack for decades. He must be able to use that somehow to get her onto his side.
While we don’t see Victor going to prison either, there should be some serious legal ramifications for everything Victor did in more ways than one. Shouldn’t it be easier for that to happen?

Victor has broken the law at least twice as many times as Elizabeth Taylor was married. Somehow, he’s managed to evade justice every time.
It would be ideal for Y&R to shake up the status quo by having Victor found guilty of fabricating evidence, which is a felony, and also held responsible for kidnapping Jack.
What if Everyone Worked Together to Nail Victor to the Wall?
Michael needs to somehow prove that these emails are bogus. He’s a brilliant, seasoned lawyer, and he should realize that focusing more on the technical flaws of AI would be much more advantageous for him than the printed copies.
Shouldn’t a tech guy or a computer genius be able to show that these emails didn’t come from the accused in, like, 7 seconds?
This is where Michael needs to reach out to his brother, Kevin Fischer (Greg Rikaart). Not to mention, Phyllis, Cane, and Billy would never be stupid enough to discuss the takeover of a massive conglomerate via email.
Another person who could prove Victor is guilty is Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan), who will represent Cane. Wouldn’t it be great to see everyone put their animosity aside and nail Victor to the wall for this?

If Victor isn’t found guilty, the storyline is majorly flawed. AI-generated evidence must be much more obvious to spot than Y&R implies.
Plus, Christine herself was a brilliant paralegal. Shouldn’t she put her decades-long feud with Phyllis aside to realize something is very wrong with this picture?
Victor needs to be held accountable for his crimes sooner or later. If Christine were to examine this a little more closely, maybe she would recognize that she’s focusing on the wrong people.
Yes, Phyllis is also guilty, but for once, it would be fun to see Victor in handcuffs.
