‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers here and we’re ready to keep things rolling with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
The episode for Tuesday, December 9 will be a nice break from the copy and paste standard as we celebrate an anniversary.
Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) will celebrate their 20th anniversary.
We expect this to be a fun flash back based episode as Michael will have a casino like set up done to celebrate.
It’ll be great to see the old clips and see some of the old storylines revisited.
Of course, there will be a twist in the form of Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
She’ll crash the private celebration in the GCAC, or Phyllis’ living room.
It’ll be a nice scene between them as Lauren will mediate and demand they get back to being friends like they used to be.
Phyllis and Michael will compliment each other and it’ll be kumbaya all around.
For now. Nothing with Phyllis lasts for long except chaos.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Tuesday, December 9: Time to celebrate
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers are grateful for a pause on the rest of the show’s shenanigans.
Sometimes, it’s best to stop and smell the roses, and this will be a great reminder of yesteryear.
We expect Michael and Lauran will talk about how they first met, obstacles they overcame, and looking forward to more challenges to come.
One of those will eventually be Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). At least they made it 20 years before Lauren learns Michael’s working with him again.
Another obstacle will be overcoming their divide with Phyllis.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Tuesday, December 9: Phyllis stops by
It’s the new cool trend for Phyllis to walk in and crash parties being held at the GCAC. In this case, it’ll be a somewhat friendly atmosphere.
Still, there’s bound to be some barbs exchanged before Lauren makes them all come to an agreement.
She’ll make it her mission to get Phyllis and Michael to get over themselves, and she’ll succeed.
It’s her anniversary too, so who will tell her no?
It’ll be nice for Phyllis to have some friends after she burned every bridge she previously had.
We don’t think she’ll betray them outright, but it’s only a matter of time until her quest to be recognized as the best will cause more friction.
