CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Virginia Louise Smith has landed a role on the soap opera! Her first appearance will be February 6. She will be portraying the role of Elyce, who is the assigned nurse to Sharon’s Newman (Sharon Case) medical team. From just this, we can expect Sharon’s cancer to be a huge part of the coming week. The news has already rattled her family and now Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) even told Phyllis that Sharon has some of the best doctors and they caught it early.
In what way will we see Elyce though? We know she is a nurse assigned to Sharon, but will she be doing home visits or will she just be the one Sharon talks to the most? We can only hope that this means Sharon is in good hands. Hopefully, soon this who thing will be behind her and she can move on with her life.
